Envisioning an Award-Winning Installation
As part of the Young Architects Program, we worked with HWKN to create an award-winning outdoor installation for MoMA PS1 in New York City. The project was specifically designed to address the needs of shade, seating and a water element, while also referencing environmental issues, sustainability and recycling. Our role was to develop the material look and feel, as well as the dimensional experience through a three minute rendered and animated film. The thought-provoking piece ultimately helped to win the competition and the project was constructed and installed during the summer of 2012.
